AIB Data Centers Signs 50-MW AI Data Center Capacity Deal With Nebius

09:10 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AIB Data Centers (AIB) said Wednesday it has signed a binding agreement with artificial intelligence cloud company Nebius Group (NBIS) for 50 megawatts of IT capacity at an AIB facility in the southeastern US. Financial terms were not disclosed. AIB said it expects customer prepayments under the initial 12-year term, along with project-level debt and preferred equity, to fund a large part of the project's initial development costs. This would reduce the company's need for corporate-level common equity and limit potential shareholder dilution, it added. Shares of AIB Data Centers were down 8.7% pre-bell, while shares of Nebius were up 2.9%.
