Jennifer Jones notified an exchange of her retirement decision on September 29, 2026. The company has initiated the search for her successor. Jennifer Jones will continue to serve as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer and assist with the transition until her successor takes over. Her decision to retire is not due to any disagreement with the company regarding operations, policies, or practices.
