Cabral Completes First Gold Sale from Cuiu Cuiu Mine in Brazil

08:22 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cabral Gold (CBR.V) has completed the first sale of dore from its Cuiu Cuiu gold operation in Brazil, the junior gold miner said Wednesday. The company said it sold over 2,400 ounces of gold at an average net realized price of over $4,200 per ounce. The project remains on track to reach commercial production in the fourth quarter, according to Cabral. "As we continue to advance the ramp-up, our focus remains on safely increasing throughput and recoveries, building a reliable source of operating cash flow, and progressing expansion opportunities in the phase 1 processing of oxides and the larger phase 2 hard-rock development opportunity at Cuiu Cuiu," President and Chief Executive Officer Alan Carter said.
