04:56 PM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Iridium Communications (IRDM) stockholders approved the acquisition by Rocket Lab (RKLB). Almost all of the votes cast were in favor, representing 81% of outstanding shares, the companies said Thursday in a statement. The transaction is expected to close by mid-2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
