Blackstone Private Credit Fund Caps Q3 Redemptions at 5% After Getting Requests for 10%

08:31 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) Private Credit Fund received an estimated $4.3 billion of repurchase requests in Q3, representing roughly 10% of shares outstanding, but will fulfill buyback requests representing just 5%, the company said Thursday in a letter to investors. "We believe this provides shareholder liquidity while preserving capital to deploy into new investments," the fund said in the letter.
