04:54 PM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tesoro Minerals (TES.V) said Thursday after trade it plans to raise CA$600,000 through a private placement of shares. The company will issue six-million shares at CA$0.10 each. Proceeds will be used to develop the Rumichaca and Cerro Macho properties in Peru. Tesoro Minerals shares closed up CA$0.01, to CA$0.11, on the TSX Venture Exchange,
