MT newswireMT newswire2026/08/26 15:23
11:23 AM EDT, 08/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Intuit (INTU) is facing lower fiscal 2027 and long-term growth expectations after a strong fiscal 2026, though Oppenheimer expects a gradual rebound, continued margin expansion and strong free cash flow. The company generates substantial free cash flow sufficient to finance internal investments and acquisitions, according to the note Wednesday. Oppenheimer lowered its fiscal 2027 earnings per share and revenue estimates to $23 and $23.4 billion from $27.39 and $24.02 billion previously. Intuit lowered its long-term revenue growth outlook for its Global Business Solutions segment and the Consumer segment growth outlook. The company could deliver a multi-year double-digit adjusted EPS compound annual growth rate through mid-single-digit Consumer segment revenue growth, double-digit revenue growth in its Global Business Solutions unit and a mid-30% adjusted operating margin, according to the note. Oppenheimer reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and cut its price target to $380 per share from $406. Price: 344.02, Change: -13.45, Percent Change: -3.76
