- Shareholders ratified the board’s July 16, 2026 decision to launch a rights issue of up to 3,418,033 shares at SEK 4.4.
- The rights issue was authorized, not completed; subscription runs Aug. 26 to Sept. 9, 2026, with the board able to extend.
- A directed issue of up to 80,000 warrants (series 2026/2029:2) to PS Holding AB was adopted, issued free of charge.
- The meeting also authorized the board to issue shares, warrants and/or convertibles until the next AGM, with or without pre-emption rights.
