Texas Capital Bancshares Moves Stock Listing to Texas Stock Exchange

08:13 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Texas Capital Bancshares (TCBI) said Monday that it is moving its common stock's primary listing to the Texas Stock Exchange from the Nasdaq Stock Market. The company is also moving its 5.75% non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock series B to the Texas Stock Exchange. Shares are expected to begin trading in Texas on Oct. 8 under the ticker symbol TCBI, but the company said the ticker would change to TXCP in November.
