09:09 AM EDT, 09/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Janux Therapeutics (JANX) said Monday the first participant has been dosed in a phase 1 clinical trial assessing its novel CD28 co-stimulatory bispecific, JANX-013, in healthy volunteers. Designed to target prostate-specific membrane antigen, JANX-013 is a tumor-activated immune modulator intended to be developed in combination with JANX-007, Janux's PSMA-targeted CD3 T-cell engager candidate, in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The company said the combination aims to further enhance the durability of anti-tumor immune responses through tumor-restricted CD28 co-stimulation.
