At the opening of the US stock market, the Dow Jones rose more than 1%, the S&P 500 Index increased by 0.8%, and the Nasdaq rose by 0.8%. Oracle (ORCL.US) gained over 7% as its first-quarter revenue and profit exceeded expectations. Intel (INTC.US) rose more than 1%, and SK Hynix (SKHY.US) increased by 1.5%.
