06:50 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nutex Health (NUTX) said Thursday that an unauthorized third party has published data allegedly obtained during a previously disclosed cybersecurity incident. The company said it is working with cybersecurity experts and advisers to analyze the data, with the review expected to take several weeks due to its volume. Nutex Health added that it has identified no material impact on operations or financial reporting systems, while several purported class-action complaints have been filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Nutex Health said it is reviewing its legal and regulatory obligations and will notify affected patients and employees as necessary once the investigation determines who may have been impacted. The company added that its assessment of the incident's materiality, disclosed in an Aug. 31 Form 8-K, remains unchanged.
