- Net profit reached R$ 9.6 billion, up 22%; recurring profit was R$ 8.8 billion, up 12%, excluding R$ 857 million Itautec gains.
- Management flagged a slow-growth outlook, high household leverage, election-related uncertainty, possible credit deterioration, risk of mild recession in 2027.
- Holding expects PIS/COFINS expense on JCP to end in 2027; cited R$ 860 million cost in 2025, cash freed first for replenishment.
- No share buyback under review; only 5,000,000 shares repurchased for long-term incentive plans, dividends policy unchanged through 2027.
