Nordson Acquires Sensor Manufacturer Contrinex

09:01 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nordson (NDSN) said Friday it has acquired sensor manufacturer Contrinex in a move to expand its industrial sensing and automation portfolio. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Contrinex, which generates about $50 million in annual revenue, will be integrated into Nordson's Advanced Technology Solutions segment, according to a statement.
