Broadcom has been working to arrange more than $50 billion in financing for OpenAI's custom AI chip, which Broadcom and OpenAI are developing together. Apollo Global Management (APO) and Blackstone (BX) are among the lenders Broadcom has discussed participating in the deal, the report said, citing the people. Oracle is in talks with Apollo and Goldman Sachs (GS) to arrange financing for a major chip purchase, with the company seeking to complete the deal as soon as this year, according to the report. SpaceX has also discussed with lenders in recent days a $40 billion financing for Nvidia (NVDA) chips, the report added.
