Sources revealed that the company plans to raise about $10 billions via bank loans and $30 billions through investment-grade debt to support its large-scale chip orders. Private equity group Apollo is expected to lead the transaction and assist in selling the debt to a wide range of investors. Bond group Pimco is reportedly one of the small group of lenders in talks to provide financing for the deal. The transaction is expected to be completed in 2027.
