Vylor Offers Pure Play Genetics Compounder, Oppenheimer Says
MT newswire2026/10/06 15:3611:36 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vylor (VYLR) is positioned as the only scaled pure-play seed and genetics company, with a strong germplasm library and top US corn and soybean brands, Oppenheimer said in a Tuesday note. The report said Vylor enters its first year as a standalone with some 27% operating EBITDA margins, and a licensing business that turns net positive in 2027 for the first time. "We see low-single-digit sales growth compounding into high-single-digit EBITDA growth, with gene editing and hybrid wheat as longer-dated options not in the numbers," the report said. The note pointed to improved cash flow visibility, favorable near-term setup, and scarcity value that support 18 times multiple. Oppenheimer initiated coverage of the stock with an outperform rating and an $82 price target. Price: 73.30, Change: -0.03, Percent Change: -0.04
