10:27 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pacific Booker Minerals (BKM.V) proposed to undertake a non-brokered private placement financing to raise CA$10 million. The company plans to sell up to around 4.27 million units priced at CA$2.34 each, said the company. The company plans to use the net proceeds to advance the Morrison project and for general corporate purposes, it said. The company's shares were last seen down CA$0.06 to CA$2.84 on the TSX Venture Exchange. Price: 2.84, Change: -0.06, Percent Change: -2.07
