Teradyne Launches Titan HP Platform With Enhanced Burn-In Capabilities
MT newswire2026/10/06 14:0710:07 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Teradyne (TER) said Tuesday it launched a production-ready system that enables improved burn-in capabilities for its Titan HP platform. The upgraded burn-in capabilities expand Teradyne's test portfolio, which covers the artificial intelligence device supply chain, according to a statement. This testing capacity now includes reliability stress testing, Teradyne said. Teradyne shares were down about 1.8% in Tuesday trading. Price: 436.71, Change: -7.82, Percent Change: -1.76
