Izotropic Raises CA$150,000 Via Non-Brokered Private Placement

09:23 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Izotropic (IZO.CN) closed a non-brokered private placement financing of share units, raising CA$150,000, it said Tuesday. The company placed 0.75-million units priced at CA$0.20 and made up of a share and a transferable three-year warrant to buy a share for CA$0.30. Proceeds will be used for general working capital needs, it said. Shares of the company closed down 12% to CA$0.17 Monday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
