Greenlane Renewables Extends CA$20 Million Credit Facility
MT newswire2026/10/06 13:1509:15 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Greenlane Renewables (GRN.TO) extended its CA$20 million standby letter of credit facility to Sept. 30, 2027, supporting the company's ability to pursue new system sales. The facility is secured by a guarantee from Export Development Canada, the company said Tuesday. Greenlane said the facility will help the company meet requirements by some system sales contracts to provide letters of credit or other financial assurances. The facility allows Greenlane to comply with these requirements while preserving cash reserves, the company said. Greenlane shares closed down CA$0.015, or 8.6%, to CA$0.16 Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
