09:06 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were advancing premarket Tuesday, with the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) 0.3% higher. The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was up 1.1% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 0.9% lower. Tradeweb Markets (TW) said its average daily volume for September was $3.7 trillion, up 29% from a year earlier. Tradeweb Markets stock was down more than 4% pre-bell.
