ATERRA Metals Upsizes Brokered Life Offering to CA$8.4 Million
MT newswire2026/10/06 12:5308:53 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ATERRA Metals (ATC.CN) increased the size of its brokered best-efforts private placement offering of shares to up to CA$8.4 million from up to CA$6 million, it said Tuesday. Proceeds will be used to advance the Phase II exploration program at its Totora Copper-Gold project in Chile, and for general working capital and corporate needs, it said. Shares of the company closed down 7.1% to CA$0.065 on Monday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
