Micron Technology, Netlist Settle Patent Dispute for $600 Million
MT newswire2026/10/06 12:4708:47 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Micron Technology (MU) and Netlist have agreed to settle all pending legal proceedings between them, Netlist said Tuesday. Under the agreement, Micron will license Netlist's patent portfolio, including patents covering server DIMMs and High Bandwidth Memory technologies, for $600 million over a five-year term, Netlist said. Micron will pay Netlist $30 million per quarter from Q4 2026 through Q3 2031, the company said.
