Bullfrog Gold Raises CA$7.4 Million Via Non-Brokered Private Placement
MT newswire2026/10/06 11:0207:02 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bullfrog Gold (FROG.V) closed its non-brokered private placement for about CA$7.4 million, it said in a statement on Tuesday. The offering consisted of the issuance of 37-million units with each unit consisting of one share and one half of one warrant, at CA$0.20 apiece. Each whole warrant will be exercisable for one share expiring Oct. 5, 2028, at CA$0.30 per common share, it said. Proceeds will be used for exploration at the South Bullfrog project in Nevada, and for general working capital needs. Shares of the company closed down 5% to CA$0.19 on Monday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
