RPM International Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Rise; Issues Fiscal Q2 Guidance
MT newswire2026/10/06 11:0007:00 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RPM International (RPM) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.98 per diluted share, up from $1.88 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.95. Net sales for the quarter ended Aug. 31 were $2.22 billion, compared with $2.11 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $2.22 billion. For fiscal Q2, the company expects sales to increase in the low- to mid-single-digit range year over year. Analysts expect $2.03 billion. For fiscal 2027, RPM expects sales to increase in the mid-single-digit range year over year, compared with its prior outlook of 3% to 7% growth. Analysts are looking for $8.29 billion.
