TORM Shareholder Launches 6.3 Million Share Secondary Offering
MT newswire2026/10/06 08:2804:28 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TORM (TRMD) said late Monday that OCM Njord, a company indirectly owned by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management and its affiliates, launched a secondary offering of 6.3 million class A shares. The company said OCM Njord owns about 6% of its class A shares before the offering. TORM is not selling any shares and will not receive proceeds from the offering, the company said.
