United Microelectronics Posts 27% Growth in September Sales

04:14 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- United Microelectronics (UMC) reported Tuesday sales of 25.35 billion New Taiwan dollars ($797.6 million) in September, up 27% from a year earlier. For the January to September period, sales rose 16% to NT$204.01 billion.
