Live Nation Entertainment to Offer $840 Million, 500 Million Euros in Debt Notes
MT newswire2026/10/06 08:0804:08 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Live Nation Entertainment (LYV) plans to offer $840 million in worth of senior notes due 2032 and 500 million euros ($561.1 million) of senior notes due 2032, the company said Tuesday. The company plans to use net proceeds from the offering to fund the redemption of the company's outstanding 6.5% senior secured notes due 2027 and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
