KKR to Acquire Gen II Fund Services for $5.1 Billion Enterprise Value
MT newswire2026/10/06 07:3703:37 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR) has agreed to acquire Gen II Fund Services for a total enterprise value of $5.1 billion from Hg, General Atlantic and other investors, the company said Monday. Gen II is a fund administrator serving private markets. KKR plans to facilitate Gen II's continued expansion in the US and internationally and help implement an employee ownership program, the company said. The acquisition, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to close in 2027.
