LGI Homes September Closings Rise 9%
MT newswire2026/10/06 07:2103:21 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- LGI Homes (LGIH) said late Monday it closed 386 homes in September, up 9% from 354 homes a year earlier. For Q3, the company said it closed 1,222 homes, up 10.4% from 1,107 homes in the year-earlier period. As of Sept. 30, LGI Homes had 151 active selling communities, it added.
