KKR Private Credit Fund Exceeds 5% Redemption Cap to Meet Requests
MT newswire2026/10/05 23:2907:29 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KKR FS Income Trust Select will slightly exceed its 5% quarterly redemption limit to fulfill all repurchase requests for the period ended Sept. 29, Bloomberg reported Monday. The fund received repurchase requests for 5.06% of outstanding shares and has a net asset value of $996 million, the report said. KKR said it plans to repurchase 100% of the shares requested. Separately, KKR FS Income Trust received repurchase requests for 1.53% of outstanding shares and will fulfill all requests, according to Bloomberg.
