Ten's Virgilio Torres Steps Down as CFO; Ian Lawson Named Interim CFO
MT newswire2026/10/05 21:4705:47 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ten's (XHLD) Virgilio Torres stepped down as chief financial officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective Sept. 30, to focus on his role as chief executive officer, the company said in a regulatory filing late Monday. The company said it appointed Ian Lawson, a managing director at Everest Advisors, as interim CFO, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer under a consulting agreement with Everest Advisors LLC.
