Franco-Nevada Acquires 12.4% Equity Stake in Kenorland Minerals
MT newswire2026/10/05 21:1005:10 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Franco-Nevada (FNV.TO) acquired 10 million shares in Kenorland (KLD.V), giving the gold-focused royalty and streaming company a 12.4% equity stake, Kenorland said after trade on Monday. Franco-Nevada acquired the shares at CA$2.22 each, for a total of CA$22.2 million. The shares were acquired from Zach Flood, Kenorland's chief executive officer, and John Tognetti. Kenorland shares closed down CA$0.11 at CA$2.23, on the TSX Venture Exchange. Franco-Nevada shares closed up CA$2.95 at CA$343.70 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
