AbbVie Updates Q3, 2026 EPS Guidance to Include IPR&D Expense

05:00 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AbbVie (ABBV) said Monday it expects Q3 adjusted diluted EPS of $3.73 to $3.77, including acquired in-process research and development and milestones expense. The company previously expected Q3 adjusted diluted EPS of $3.84 to $3.88, excluding the expense. AbbVie expects Q3 results to include $216 million of the expense. For full-year 2026, AbbVie expects adjusted diluted EPS of $13.76 to $13.96, including $1.25 billion of acquired IPR&D and milestones expense.
