Nelnet's Business Services Unit Acquires India's Entab Infotech

04:51 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nelnet's (NNI) business services division acquired Entab Infotech, a New Delhi-based provider of school administration, management and learning technology, for an undisclosed amount. Entab will operate as "Entab, a Nelnet company," and co-founders Lawrence Zacharias and Shaji Thomas, along with the company's 290 employees, will stay with the business, Nelnet said Monday in a statement.
