Champion Homes to Acquire Timberline Homes' Nine Retail Locations

04:42 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Champion Homes (SKY) said Monday it agreed to acquire the assets of Timberline Homes, which represents nine retail locations across Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. The company said the deal will expand its Southeastern US retail footprint and accelerate its direct-to-consumer strategy, with the locations closely aligned with Champion's manufacturing and distribution presence in the region. Financial terms weren't disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Champion's fourth quarter of fiscal 2027. All Timberline employees will be offered employment by Champion after the transaction closes, according to the company.
