Panoro Minerals Signs Five-Year Surface Access Agreement for Cotabambas Project
MT newswire2026/10/05 20:3504:35 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Panoro Minerals (PML.V) said Tuesday it signed a five-year agreement with the Cochapata community in Peru that grants the company surface access rights across the community's lands at its Cotabambas copper-gold-silver project. The company plans about 10,000 meters of drilling at the North Pit to expand and further define the high-grade portion of the mineral resource and upgrade part of the resource to the indicated category. Panoro expects to update the mineral resource estimate in early 2027, complete a preliminary economic assessment by mid-2027 and a pre-feasibility study by the end of 2027. The company's shares closed down CA$0.02, or 1.2%, to CA$1.62 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
