Spyre Therapeutics Commences Public Offering of Common Stock

04:17 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Spyre Therapeutics (SYRE) has begun an underwritten public offering of its common stock, subject to market and other conditions, it said Monday. The company said it is expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy an additional 15% of the common shares offered in the public offering. Spyre plans to use the net proceeds to advance its programs in gastroenterology, rheumatology, and dermatology. Any remaining proceeds will be used for ongoing research and development, working capital and general corporate purposes, the company added.
