Antimony Resources Completes CA$5 Million Flow-Through Financing
MT newswire2026/10/05 20:0904:09 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Antimony Resources (ATMY.CN) said Monday it closed a CA$5 million flow-through financing, issuing 10.64 million shares at CA$0.47 per share. The funds will be used for exploration and development at its Bald Hill Antimony Project, it said. "Assays indicate that Bald Hill is the highest-grade antimony deposit in North America, with mineable grades and widths indicated by drilling," the company added. The company also paid CA$245,000 in cash commissions and issued 521,277 broker warrants to Castlewood Capital. The warrants are exercisable at CA$0.75 per share for 12 months. The company's shares closed down about 7.2% at CA$0.38 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
