US Critical Metals Appoints James Hocking as CEO

02:15 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- US Critical Metals (USCM.CN) appointed Director James Hocking as its chief executive officer, succeeding Darren Collins, who stepped down from the role, it said in a statement on Monday. Collins will remain a director of the company, US Critical Minerals said. Hocking has over 20 years of experience across the resources sector and is currently the chief operating officer at Baron Securities, according to Baron's website. He is also the CEO and a director of WestGold Metals (WGM.CN), according to WestGold's website. Shares of US Critical Metals last traded Sept. 24, closing at CA$0.13 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
