Construction Partners Acquires J.H. Strain Asphalt Assets in Texas

12:15 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Construction Partners (ROAD) said Monday it acquired the asphalt manufacturing and construction assets of J.H. Strain & Sons, an asphalt paving and manufacturing company based in Tye, Texas. Financial details weren't disclosed. The acquired operations will become part of Construction Partners' Texas platform company, Lone Star Paving, the company said. Price: 90.33, Change: -0.75, Percent Change: -0.82
