Apotex Health Raises CA$1.25 Billion Via Senior Unsecured Notes Offering
MT newswire2026/10/05 14:4510:45 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Apotex Health (APTX.TO) closed its offering of CA$1.25 billion of senior unsecured notes in three series, it said in a statement on Monday. The notes consisted of CA$400 million of 4.390% senior unsecured notes, Series 1 due Oct. 5, 2029, CA$550 million of 4.769% senior unsecured notes, Series 2 due Oct. 5, 2031, and CA$300 million of 5.133% senior unsecured notes, Series 3 due Oct. 5, 2033. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for other general corporate needs, it said. Shares of the company were last seen down 0.5% at CA$31.01 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
