Hudson Pacific Properties Launches Tender Offer for $200 Million of Senior Notes
MT newswire2026/10/05 13:5809:58 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hudson Pacific Properties' (HPP) operating partnership has launched a cash tender offer to purchase $100 million of 3.950% senior notes due 2027 and $100 million of 5.950% senior notes due 2028, the company said Monday. For every $1,000 of notes validly tendered as of the expiration date at 5 pm ET on Friday, holders will receive a consideration of $980 for the 2027 notes and $991.25 for the 2028 notes, the company said. The company said it expects the settlement date to be Oct. 14. Hudson Pacific said it intends to fund the tender offer consideration with cash on hand and/or borrowings under its unsecured revolving credit facility.
