Strategy (MSTR.US) reports Q3 digital asset floating profit of $21 billions, first return to profitability in four quarters

According to Jinse Finance, boosted by the late-summer cryptocurrency rally, the value of Strategy (MSTR.US)'s Bitcoin holdings increased, resulting in unrealized gains and marking its first profitable quarter in four quarters. The company, which is the world's largest publicly traded holder of Bitcoin, reported a $21 billion gain in its digital assets in the third quarter of 2026. Bitcoin rose 43% year-on-year in the third quarter.

According to Smart Finance APP, boosted by the late-summer cryptocurrency rebound, the value of Strategy (MSTR.US)'s Bitcoin holdings increased and recorded unrealized gains, resulting in a return to profitability for the first time in four quarters. This publicly listed company, which holds the largest amount of Bitcoin worldwide, stated that it achieved $2.1 billion in digital asset gains in the third quarter of 2026. Bitcoin rose 43% year-on-year in the third quarter.
