David Ellison to Lead Merged Paramount-Warner Bros. Company as Chairman and CEO After Deal Closes

09:36 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Paramount Skydance (PSKY) Chairman and Chief Executive David Ellison will be chairman and CEO of the combined company following the anticipated close of Paramount's acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), Paramount said Monday. Ynon Kreiz will serve as co-CEO, Andy Gordon was named president and Dennis Cinelli was named chief financial officer of the combined company. Makan Delrahim was named the chief legal officer, while Dane Glasgow will serve as chief product officer and Rebecca Mall was selected as chief marketing officer, the company said. Lastly, Paramount said Melissa Zukerman will become chief communications officer.
