International Petroleum Buys Back 98,397 IPC Common Shares During Sept. 28 to Oct. 2
MT newswire2026/10/05 12:1508:15 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- International Petroleum (IPCO.TO) bought back a total of 98,397 IPC common shares during the period of Sept. 28 to Oct. 2, under its normal course issuer bid (NCIB), it said in a statement on Monday. The company repurchased a total of 78,397 IPC common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, during the period of Sept. 28 to Oct. 2, 2026, and a total of 20,000 IPC common shares on the TSX. The total number of issued and outstanding IPC common shares is 111.7-million with voting rights, of which IPC holds 98,397 common shares in treasury, as at Oct. 2, 2026, it said. Shares of the company closed up 1.8% to CA$34.89 on Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
