Harrow Completes Acquisition of Tyrvaya Nasal Spray From Viatris
MT newswire2026/10/05 12:1008:10 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Harrow (HROW) said Monday that it has closed its earlier stated acquisition of Tyrvaya from Viatris (VTRS), acquiring worldwide rights to the nasal spray, except for Japan. Harrow said that, in accordance with the terms reported in August, the company paid $30 million in cash at closing and may pay up to $70 million in sales-based milestones. Tyrvaya is an FDA-approved nasal spray for dry eye disease, Harrow said. Harrow said it expects the product to generate more than $30 million in revenue next year.
