Fathom and Neighborhood Intelligence Terminate Planned Merger

07:58 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fathom (FTHM) and Neighborhood Intelligence (NXH) boards have mutually agreed to terminate their planned merger, Neighborhood Intelligence said Monday. The companies concluded that current valuations do not reflect their fair value and determined that the timing was not right to combine their businesses. Fathom and Neighborhood Intelligence plan to explore collaboration in areas including data sharing and the use of their complementary businesses, technology, relationships and other assets, Neighborhood Intelligence said. Separately, Neighborhood Intelligence's board and management decided to retain ownership and control of the company's blockchain and digital asset investments, the company said.
