Nurix Therapeutics, Gilead Sciences Agree on Two-Year Research Term Extension for Oncology Program
MT newswire2026/10/05 11:4307:43 AM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nurix Therapeutics (NRIX) and Gilead Sciences (GILD) agreed on a two-year research term extension for an undisclosed oncology program under their ongoing strategic collaboration, the second extension for the same program, Nurix said Monday. The company also said it will receive a $10 million extension fee under the amended collaboration deal with Gilead. The collaboration dates back to 2019, and as of May 2026, Nurix is eligible to receive up to about $1.30 billion in additional fees and milestone payments, according to the statement.
